Land East of Everton Road

Over the course of 2021 we consulted and refined our proposals for land east of Everton Road (marked with a yellow star on the Google map) before in December 2021 submitting a full planning application to the council, reference 21/11731. on 14 December 2022 NFDC’s planning committee agreed to delegate authority to the Executive Head for Planning, Regeneration and Economy to grant permission subject to completion of planning obligations.

During February 2023 works to demolish the old structure on the site and to replace it with a new home for bats and owls are being carried out.

The application was revised to 97 homes, open space, alternative natural recreational greenspace, with vehicular access via Everton Road and Silver Street. You can view the plans on NFDC’s website.
