 Thank you for taking the time to visit our website for the plans for land east of Everton Road, Hordle, which we are calling Shepherd’s Green. 
As you may know, the site has been allocated for the building of new homes in the New Forest District Council Local Plan 2016-2036 (Strategic Site 9). Bargate Homes is looking to deliver the scheme of at least 100 homes which has been developed in response to the site’s constraints and opportunities and in line with a series of design principles.
